Do you level the ground for a shipping container?
No, the ground needs to be leveled before delivery. Our drivers use roll-off delivery and will only unload it where you need it.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
We don’t accept cash on delivery, as it’s risky to hand large amounts of cash to the driver. You can pay by card upon delivery, or if you don’t use credit cards, you can deposit the payment directly into our Chase Bank account.
What's the depot address so I can pick it up?
We work with multiple depots in the same city, so we don't have the address. Our team will provide that to you in 3-5 business days after placing the order.
